As written in Corgi Nyt, no. 3, 2007, we have the 24 june 2007 contacted the health commitee in WCK regarding a matting of cardigans. This matting exceeds after our calculations the border set by the Danish Kennel Club of acceptable inbreeding procentage on 6,25%. We are searching through the health commitee to get verified whether or not our calculation of a % of 9.7 is correct. We are receiving an answer from the WCK that the inbreeding procentage is 8.5% by mail 25 june 2007 and this calculation is done by using the official tool for calculation in Corgi Nyt, no.3, 2007.

It is now made official in the minutes from the WCK board meeting that the matting only has a inbreeding procentage on 6,3% which is OK. How a model and tool can change the result so much is not mentioned.
